e-xpense manager ‘Premium’ is available for companies requiring an expense management solution that is tailored to meet their unique requirements.

It is available either hosted by us in a secure 128-bit encrypted environment or installed at the company site.

  • The software can be fully-customised, including the workflow structure, reports, business and policy rules, data fields, and interfaces for data exchanges between e-xpense manager and clients’ accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, asset management, human resources, and/or reporting systems.
  • Integration with clients' financial software with our installed option delivering a seamless exchange of data between systems.
  • Reporting can be customised to exact specifications
  • Additional customised data fields can be included to capture mandatory expense information. 
  • The software can be personalised with clients' branding and logo.
